I have read the passage from the Message version this morning and reflecting. The comment about 2009 being a good or bad year really made me stop and think. At first I thought it was a bad year because my husband had open heart surgery, was in the hospital 3 weeks with complications, but then I thought, how ungrateful. He survived and feels good.
