Pastor: I have wanted to share this with you for some time now-finally decided to use your Blog-Duh I guess that is what it is for. About four weeks ago now I was studying early Sunday Morning. Bebo Norman was singing "You Can Borrow Mine" He said a phrase in his lyrics "I'll set a light up". My mind went to the action my wife always takes before going to bed if any of the children are still out-she turns on the porch light. I knew she wanted to tell the children (you are welcome home). I thought Lord "How can we turn the light on for the sinners all around us." I broke down and wept as I thought of all of them and the difficulty in reaching such a number. All the way to church I kept breaking down and had to bite my lip to be able to control my weeping enough to drive. Then I thought of something. The buildings we are building at church-but especially the sports fields are like a light to the youth in our area. I pray by God's Grace that they will be indeed a light on a hill; lifted up to tell them that God cares and that we care and that they are welcome HOME to Jesus. I am still shaking and tearing up as I tell it to you. I hope you get the message of this-Lets sit a light on a hill and welcome all the sinners home.

Pastor,

Good morning to you! Just a short note for you this morning to let you know how relevent your messages are to daily living and how quickly God reveals to us your message. Yesterday, after hearing your message on the "Lost" of the world, I was returning home from the CPH 9:15 service, and as I pulled into my driveway, I noticed a woman driving in front of my home, but clearly showing the signs of being lost by continuing to look at the directions she was given. I was able to ask her if she was looking for a particular address and she showed me the directions - I could quickly see she was given the incorrect directions. I told her to follow me that I would take her to the address she was looking for - she was so thankful to me for guiding her to the correct location. This was such a neat experience. I give thanks to God and give him the the Glory for allowing me to be there for this lost person.

Thanks again for all you do!

Have a very Blessed Day!
